It varies! Your first visit—the "Initial Clean"—always takes the longest because we’re bringing your home up to our maintenance standard. After that, once we know your space, the timing becomes very consistent. We’ll give you a ballpark estimate when you book!

Only if you want to be. Most clients like to be there for the first clean to show us the ropes, but for recurring visits, the majority of our clients simply provide a lockbox key or door code.

Life happens. We just ask for 48 hours' notice so we can adjust our team's schedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice incur a 25% fee; same-day cancellations are charged 50%.

We’ll email you an invoice right after your cleaning. You can pay via credit/debit card. We do require a card on file to secure your booking, but it’s only charged if an invoice goes unpaid for more than 5 days.

We hire for integrity. If an accident happens, our pros are trained to photograph and report it immediately. We’ll contact you right away to find a fair resolution, whether that’s a repair or a replacement.

Yes! Dunwell Cleaning is fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

We love animals! If your pet is chill with vacuums and new people, they can roam free. If they’re a bit nervous or protective, we recommend crating them or popping them in a separate room so they stay comfortable. Just a heads-up: we don’t walk/feed pets or clean up after pet accidents.
